Navistar Defense currently deploys OEM & ASE certified field service representatives all over the world to provide:

Basic vehicle maintenance
Preventative checks and service
Battle damage assessment and repair

We build military vehicles that are ready to go where the mission is. So we train our field service representatives to do the same. From the home front to forward operating bases, our service reps bring the latest repair and maintenance skills where they’re needed most.

Jeff Couture is a Field Service Rep who has served in Afghanistan with the US Military. He says it is a humbling experience to be performing critical maintenance on Navistar Defense as well as other manufacturer’s vehicles at a forward operating base. Jeff, like other Navistar FSRs, trained and worked alongside military personnel around the clock to ensure that all vehicles were mission ready when needed.
